Borite Borite, as a pesticide, is is approved by the EPA. Under a new program started for integrated pest control, the EPA is rewarding reduction of the amount of chemical controls currently used in the industry. Recognition for needed change is supported by the EPA under the Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program (PESP).

Every fiber of UltraTouch insulation is treated though its patented process with a borite. That means a built in pest inhibitor is placed in every wall cavity. Now that is Value Engineering!
