Idaho Blue Insulation brought UltraTouch to the Treasure Valley just a short 4 years ago, and like many small businesses is experiencing the effects of an economy turned upside down. UltraTouch is the silver bullet for the Green Industry, a recycled denim insulation, ...Inspired by Nature, Designed for Performance. Wade Lambert is the guy with a heart of an Angel. Owners of Lambert Construction, located in Caldwell, also practice artistry in their work. They recently completed renovations on a section of Indian Creek in downtown; a beautiful example of public works meets art in public places. But Lambert is also known for heavy construction, mining, concrete, truck hauling, and excavation. Idaho Blue Insulation rents a warehouse at the public works yard for Lambert Construction. The two owners met when Lambert was referred to the Slaters for concrete work on their home. They easily became friends and Wade invited Idaho Blue to use the empty warehouse at their Yard. When the economic downturn began earlier last year, it practically halted sales for the recycled denim insulation company. With barely enough sales to stay a float, there was only one place to turn for wiggle room. Wade has consistently helped us by allowing our rent to accumulate without a word of eviction, interest or seizure of denim. Says Katy Slater, Idaho Blue Insulation. I am so grateful to Wade and Lambert Construction for giving us this grace period during a difficult time in our business growth. I never like to owe anyone, but we have no choice.
